SharpPlot licences include unlimited free basic e-mail support; just send us a mail at support@sharpplot.com. We often add new features and capabilities based on customer requirements, so if you would like to ensure that you always have the latest version of SharpPlot you can subscribe to our CUSP service.
SharpPlot Support agreement
The SharpPlot support agreement is part of our CUSP (Causeway Update and Support Programme) service. This gives you free updates to SharpPlot as soon as a feature is added or a bug fixed.
This includes any new major releases, as well as many small updates. You will receive an e-mail
every time something new is available, letting you choose when to upgrade.
Using this service lets you benefit from features that other users have requested, before they are publicly available.
A years subscription to CUSP costs $285 (£150, €225) and can be purchased from this site.
